Financing

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

We understand that dental treatment can sometimes be an unexpected cost, so both our locations offer two different financing options to help cover dental expenses. Our financing options do require an initial consultation with our office to diagnosis treatment and formulate a treatment plan. If you have not had an initial consultation with us, please call our office before continuing with any of the below financing options.

Amarillo National Bank, the 45th and Bell branch, offers loans to help cover the cost of dental expenses. The loans are no interest because we actually pay the interest for you! Loan amount must be a minimum of $500. Financing of up to $1,500 has a 12 month repayment time and loans $1,500 and over have an 18 month repayment time. Our second financing option is CareCredit, which is a credit card for medical or dental expenses. Amounts of $200-$800 can be paid with 6 months no interest and amounts over $800 can be paid with 12 months no interest. If this sounds like an option for you, follow the link below.
