Dr. Scott Dowlearn, DDS

Growing up in the small East Texas town of Crandall, Dr. Scott Dowlearn spent much of his time involved in FFA leadership and ranching. His love of agriculture led him to College Station, Texas where he became the first Aggie in his family. Dr. Dowlearn graduated cum laude in biomedical science at Texas A&M University and was active in various leadership committees.

Because of a childhood dental experience and an inspiring dentist, Dr. Dowlearn chose to pursue a career in dentistry and served as a dental assistant during college. Upon graduation from Texas A&M, he was accepted by the dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. While in dental school, Dr. Dowlearn served as class president and was named the Texas Dental Association Student of the Year in 2005.

Scott began his career in 2005 and treats patients of all ages, and in some cases, entire families. Dr. Dowlearn wants each patient to feel comfortable and spends time developing a doctor-patient relationship that he hopes will last a lifetime. His focus is on long- term dental care and patient education.

Scott and his wife Melody have two sons, and the oldest is a student at Texas A&M. In his spare time, Dr. Dowlearn enjoys hunting, farming and Aggie football. He and his wife are also active in their church. Dr. Dowlearn is proud to be a part of the Dental Group of Amarillo. He has enjoyed establishing many new patient relationships and looks forward to many years of patient care.

Dr. Shalomi Momin

Being raised near Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Shalomi Momin fell in love with Dentistry when happenstance put her in an internship with a local dentist. When the internship came to an end a short time later, she completely re-wrote her future in medicine and chose to pursue her DDS at the University of Detroit Mercy. She first studied biochemistry at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), and graduated summa cum laude.

Having the ability to work directly with patients and help them navigate the dental process from start to finish is an incredible experience that Dr. Momin cherishes. One of the greatest joys in her life is seeing a patient’s face light up when finishing a treatment plan and reaching both their esthetic and functionality goals.

When not practicing dentistry, Shalomi is an avid tapestry weaver and supporter of the arts. Along with this, she can be found visiting her family in Colorado and Georgia, or scouting out the new equipment at the gym.

Dr. Momin is thrilled to be with the Dental Group of Amarillo, and is looking forward to building lasting relationships with patients.

Dr. Tyler Jolley

Dr. Jolley was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. As a child growing up, Dr. Jolley found a passion for the sciences and knew he wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. He went on to attend Oklahoma State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from OSU he moved to Dallas, Texas to attend Texas A&M College of Dentistry where he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

Dr. Jolley’s pride and joy is his family. Tyler and his wife, Kristen, welcomed their first child Harper earlier this year. They are excited to move back to their home town and raise their daughter in the same community they grew up in. Dr. Jolley is an avid sports fan. In Tyler’s free time, you will find him watching any game that is on TV with emphasis on Philadelphia Phillies baseball.

Dr. Jolley aims to provide care that will alleviate patients’ anxiety and discomfort in the dental setting by performing quality dentistry in a patient-centered environment built on the foundation of integrity, honesty, and compassion. He is excited to come back and serve the people in his hometown community. Dr. Jolley is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association.

Dr. Anna Ceniceros

Dr. Anna Ceniceros is a proud Clarendon, Texas native who’s excited to be serving the Panhandle community she calls home. A first-generation college graduate and the daughter of migrant farmworkers, Dr. Ceniceros discovered her passion for dentistry at age seven during her very first dental visit—a moment that inspired her to one day help others feel confident in their smiles.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Texas A&M University and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso, where she also completed a graduate certificate in Community Health in Dental Medicine. During dental school, Dr. Ceniceros focused on caring for underserved populations, providing compassionate treatment to patients who had gone years without access to dental care. These experiences deepened her commitment to making dentistry more accessible, joyful, and impactful.

Outside the office, you’ll find her spending time with her two pugs, Halo and Pumba, dancing at Zumba, watching movies, or planning her next travel adventure.

Dr. Ceniceros is passionate about creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients of all ages can feel at ease. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association. She is also fluent in both English and Spanish and is proud to serve a diverse population here in the Texas Panhandle.
